Dirty Rotten Surfboards Returns Policy

We want you to love your Dirty Rotten board as much as we do. From delivery date you have 30 days to make sure you are fully stoked in the choice you have made.

You are more than welcome to return your board (save the box and bubble wrap so you can re-pack your board again). All postage and courier costs on return are to be paid by the customer. If you are exchanging your DRS for another model shipping costs will also apply (see postage page for your state below under ‘Surfboard Postage’).

Naturally, “used” boards cannot be returned for change of mind. Used being: ridden, waxed, grips applied, stickers put on, any dings or damage.

Clothing and accessory returns must be unworn or used and all tags and packaging attached.

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

If you feel your DRS has a fault, please contact us to discuss. We will need proof of purchase and some photos would be great to help the process. All shipping costs of items deemed faulty will be refunded to you.

Order Cancellations

If notified before goods have been dispatched, can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

Postage to WA (Perth and Regional): $60.00
Postage to Rural WA (over 60kms away from Perth): $100.00
